吴祯龙，1988年7月生于江苏海安，南京航空航天大学教授，博士生导师，国家级青年人才，德国洪堡学者。

主要从事与飞行器进气道气象适应与排异技术相关的环境流体力学、空气动力学、多相流研究，发表SCI学术论文40余篇，连续4年入选爱思唯尔-美国斯坦福大学“全球前2%顶尖科学家”榜单。主持国家高层次人才计划青年项目、德国洪堡基金、国家自然科学基金（青年+面上）、北京市自然科学基金（青年）、航空科学基金、航空航天工业项目等研究课题，参与两机专项、民机专项等重大基础研究课题。讲授《航空发动机总体设计》、《航空发动机原理(英文)》课程。
